Conservation Equity Management Launches CEMWaterProjects.com

Website Provides Online Resource for Information about Redtown Ranch and Pine Bliss Projects

NACOGDOCHES, TX – Conservation Equity Management (CEM) today launched CEMWaterProjects.com, an accessible online resource for information about its Redtown Ranch and Pine Bliss water projects in Anderson and Henderson counties in East Texas. This website provides a resource in addition to the records on file with the Neches & Trinity Valleys Groundwater Conservation District (NTVGCD) regarding CEM and its proposed groundwater projects.

According to Kyle Bass, Founder and CEO of CEM, “Addressing a statewide water crisis requires open dialogue and a transparent approach. East Texans have questions about the Redtown Ranch and Pine Bliss projects, the Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer, and our interactions with the Neches & Trinity Valleys Groundwater Conservation District (NTVGCD), and we are providing this website as a resource to explain our adherence to the facts, the science, the state laws, and NTVGCD rules, that dictate every step of the permitting process.”

The website provides resources that include:

  • Facts about the Redtown Ranch and Pine Bliss Projects
  • The Texas Water Development Board’s Total Estimated Recoverable Storage in the Anderson and Henderson County portions of the Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer
  • A Timeline of the NTVGCD application process and CEM’s interactions with the NTVGCD
  • Corrections of misconceptions about the Projects
  • Frequently Asked Questions about CEM and the Redtown Ranch and Pine Bliss Projects
  • The applications, hydrogeologic reports, and addendums submitted to the NTVGCD dating back to May 2024

Updates will be made to the website as the permit application process continues to unfold.
